Deadline for full manuscript submission to the themed issue of Colloids and Surface A: “Food Colloids: Application of Soft Matter Concepts”: 31st October 2018.

Please note that the Scientific Committee will determine which mode of presentation will better suit the theme of your abstract and although they will try to accommodate any preference made by the authors at the time of submission, the committee’s decision is final and non-negotiable.

You will be notified on or before 19th January 2018 of the outcome of the Scientific Committee’s decision.
