Notification of acceptance: 19th January 2018

Information for authors

Please use the template to submit your abstract (download here). Abstracts which do not use the template will not be considered by the Scientific Committee. There is a limit of 300 words and 3 references (references are included within the word limit). Your abstract should not exceed 1 page. You are requested not to change the margin dimensions. A maximum of two figures may also be included in your Abstract as long as the above requirements are also met.

Please note that the Scientific Committee will determine which mode of presentation will better suit the theme of your abstract and although they will try to accommodate any preference made by the authors at the time of submission, the committee’s decision is final and non-negotiable.
