Three prizes will be awarded during FC2018 for posters submitted with a student as the presenting author.  Entry to the competition is automatic for Delegates who have registered as students and submitted Poster Abstracts.  Please note that if you have omitted to register your student status and wish to be considered for the competition please send an email to FC2018@leeds.ac.uk and we will ensure your entry is included.


Food & Function, published by the Royal Society of Chemistry, provides a unique venue for physicists, chemists, biochemists, nutritionists and other food scientists to publish work at the interface of the chemistry, physics and biology of food.  Food & Function is happy to sponsor the 3 WINNING Students’ POSTER PRIZES at the 17th Food Colloids Conference.  Each prize consists of a certificate, a book from our popular science collection and a 12 month free e-subscription to the journal Food & Function.

This is in addition to the existing Cash Prize provided by Food Colloids and processing Group, School of Food Science and Nutrition, University of Leeds.
